A leading hedge fund investment manager based in Miami, FL is seeking a Marketing Assistant to help with business development and investor relations. Background in financial services or asset management is preferred. The position provides a unique opportunity to work as an integral member of a team with a long history of success. The candidate will be responsible for sales and marketing efforts to help expand the Firm's current investor base. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills who enjoys initiating and building relationships with potential clients. Seeking candidates already based in the Miami area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build and implement the firm’s marketing and outreach campaigns
Proactively reach out to potential new investors through phone calls, emails and in-person meetings
Monitor, track and manage the firm’s pipeline of prospects
Maintain a dialogue and foster relationships with potential investors
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable connecting and interacting with potential clients
Charismatic personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
Energetic self-starter with the ability to work independently
Acute attention to detail
Positive attitude with a diligent work ethic
Direct experience with investment fund sales
