Investor Relations Associate

A Miami-based alternative manager (with specialty in real estate) is currently in growth mode and seeking a Senior Investor Relations professional to join them as they build out and institutionalize processes. Responsibilities:

• Lead the investor relations process with responsibility for creation of marketing materials and managing the success of marketing campaigns, including investor events and roadshows

• Oversee the CRM, RFP and Deck process

• Partner with leadership and the investment team on cross-functional collaboration

• Participate in IR strategic planning

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with placement agent and stakeholders

•Handle highly sensitive materials in a confidential manner

About You:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in LP relations

• BA/BS college degree or equivalent job experience

• Professional understanding of all Microsoft Office programs

• Ability to anticipate needs and identify preferences

• Naturally confident and independent with a desire to take the initiative

• Flexibility and willingness to take on responsibilities

• Honest and trustworthy with a keen eye for details

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities against key deadlines

• Must be able to work independently but contribute in a team-oriented environment

• Acute attention to accuracy and detail
