Job Summary

As an IT Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our technology infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications. You'll be an essential first contact for user onboarding and operations for the shoreside staff and interaction with fleet and site office staff. Hands-on experience and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment are expected for success in this role. In addition, a solid foundation in the administration of Active Directory Services, Azure, Corporate Exchange platforms, and the many associated user applications for business continuity.

Essential Functions

  • Provide desktop support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Onboard new employees, including setting up accounts and equipment.
  • Procure hardware and software as needed for employee onboarding.
  • Manage and maintain our Azure environment, including virtual machines, storage, and security posture as well as in tune product management.
  • Maintain our Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP infrastructure (Creating, editing, and terminating Users, groups, distribution list, and group policy).
  • Office 365 administration including licensing.
  • Mimecast administration and User Awareness training.
  • Nice Incontact (Callcenter Phone System).
  • Adobe Admin portal.
  • Smartsheet administration.
  • Citrix configuration and administration.
  • JIRA (Creating user, removing access, JIRA service access)
  • Insight Web Portal (Vendor portal)
  • Endpoint security agents and supplicant management Cisco AMP (Antivirus)
  • DUO Multi Factor Authentication
  • MDM Airwach configuration and administration
  • PagerDuty (Incident Response system)

Skills And Experience

  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in IT administration
  • Proficient Experience with Azure, CRM support, onboarding, hardware procurement, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP management, certificate management, and group policy
  • Complete experience with all Office365 applications including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills written and digital
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Work Environment

  • Fulltime / Hybrid in Ft. Lauderdale, FL
  • Approximately 10-15% travel, including working at shipyards, and working aboard our cruise ships
  • Ability to travel internationally is a must, requiring a valid passport and work authorization for the United States.
