Job Mission: The IT Analyst strongly understands the Electronic Health Record System. Will be responsible for report writing for all departments of the hospital. Support the document imaging system, interfaces, and other IT systems. Has the ability to analyze and understand business/healthcare problems and the knowledge to make solution recommendations that meet the organizational goals of maintaining clinical and business systems. Acts as a part of the IT group and assists with any technical problems where expertise is needed.
Occupational Experience: At least 2 years experience in healthcare IT or related field.
Requires: High School diploma required. Certifications and/or some college are preferred. Proficient with Office 365, Visio, and Adobe, and report writing. Experience in file transfer protocol and interface is a plus. Experience with leading small groups or projects, documenting processes, and training.
Specialty Knowledge Skills: Ability to manage projects independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Analyze and develop solutions for EHR workflows using Tableau report writing and build indexing programs in our document imaging system. build and supportability to communicate technical information clearly and articulately.
