Our client, a prominent player in the banking sector, is seeking an IT Business and Project Support System Analyst to orchestrate and oversee essential activities across intake, workforce, financial, and vendor management. This role plays a crucial part in both operational and project-based work, interfacing with senior staff such as delivery leads, scrum masters, project managers, and technology leaders. The successful candidate will be adept at managing executive-level reporting, facilitating strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with senior staff to facilitate the intake and organization of new operational and project-based work, capturing and prioritizing essential information.

- Manage executive-level reporting, organizing essential documents, summarizing updates, and documenting key discussions and action items.

- Assist in coordinating activities for quarterly and annual planning sessions aligned with strategic objectives.

- Coordinate department-level activities, including organizing meetings, learning sessions, and newsletters.

- Oversee workforce management reporting, ensuring alignment across financial and planning systems and maintaining transparency through workforce metrics.

- Facilitate vendor management by processing and monitoring purchase orders, SOWs, and contracts, and managing vendor/consultant lifecycle activities.

- Support delivery teams in maintaining compliance with delivery and enterprise controls, including SDLC and Agile standards.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience in IT project support within the banking sector.

- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Project, SharePoint, and Teams.

- Experience working autonomously with senior technology and business leaders.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze data and metrics, coupled with strong organizational and accountability skills.

Desired Skills:

- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create impactful Excel-based pivot tables, charts, and PowerPoint presentations.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
