Responsibilities
Assess clients' IT infrastructure and business needs.
Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in existing IT systems.
Develop and recommend technology solutions and strategies.
Assist in the implementation and integration of new IT systems and applications.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
Ensure IT solutions align with clients' business objectives and industry best practices.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in IT consulting or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and software.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in IT project management and implementation tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
