Responsibilities
Provide technical support and assistance to clients regarding hardware and network issues
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, escalating as necessary to appropriate support teams
Conduct system upgrades and installations while adhering to best practices and security guidelines
Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance
Document and track all support activities in a timely manner
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT solutions that meet client requirements
Install cabling for Network Rooms
Requirements
Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, cabling, and networking concepts
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware issues
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
