Salary Range

  • $50,000 - $100,000 base, depending on relevant data experience

Position Summary

The IT Data Specialist will oversee and manage the Firm's data systems with a focus on building and maintaining executive reporting and dashboards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Auditing data in the Case Management Software (CMS) to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Working with Managers, Attorneys, and Executives to build and run reports and dashboards.
  • Improving tracking and storage of CMS data.
  • Administrating training to staff members on running personal reports in the CMS.
  • Administering data collection in CMS.
  • Administering and organizing database.
  • Providing tech support to employees.
  • Working on various IT projects as assigned.
  • Driving & flying to secondary office locations as requested.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of experience with data analytics or business data auditing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient with T-SQL, SQL Server, and at least one reporting platform (SSRS, PowerBI, Tableau)
  • Moderate understanding of IT systems in a business
  • Data-driven and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in communication skills to provide support to employees
  • Independent learner with the willingness to research or troubleshoot problems
  • A valid Nevada driver's license, valid auto insurance, and proof of driving record
  • Committed to maintaining integrity and confidentiality on behalf of clients and the Firm
  • Efficiency in time management and maintaining deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience
  • Proficient with programming/scripting languages (PowerShell, C#)
