JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of Technology programs and projects to ensure successful execution and alignment with business needs.
  • Manage coordination and communication between business, EPMO and Technology groups throughout delivery
  • Initiate and coordinate project solutioning efforts through business process analysis and business analysis
  • Ensure program and project performance metrics are met to delivery key business values

  • Experience managing demands from multiple stakeholders while optimizing resources
  • Experience assuring milestones achievement and full delivery of technology and business needs.
  • Experience executing end-to-end Technology delivery across functions
  • Technical understand to manage issues efficiently.
  • Leadership, change management, and communications experience.
  • Experience managing multiple, medium to large cross-functional teams or projects
  • Business and financial acumen
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation, management, and strategic problem solving skills

 

This role will work closely with the current Medicare product line team
