CPP- Bloomington, MN is looking to hire an IT Intern for a 6+ week project starting in July. If you are a recent graduate and are looking to gain experience in the IT field within a large manufacturing company, this is for you! You will be able to work on special projects, help with equipment set up and software installation.
What will you do?
Assisting with installation and movement of new hardware and software
Maintain service records
Assure that computer networks and servers and other office related equipment are operating properly
Complete IT tickets for new users
Inventory of equipment

30-40 hours a week
Other Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Effective communication skills with ability to effectively resolve customer issues in a win- win style. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with manufacturing processes and nomenclature
