IT Intern

This position will be based in-office at our headquarters in Stamford, CT.

Primary Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot technical issues and determine source and advise on appropriate action, escalating as appropriate
• Provide email support, phone support and conference support to end users across the organization
• Provide a courteous professional response to queries in a timely and accurate manner, via phone, email or chat
• Work with the IT Team on various projects and IT initiatives
• Work with various systems, applications and services
• Follow-up and close out all open tickets
• Pc/laptop set-up, delivery and general maintenance
• Performs other related duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications

• Current College junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
  
  

Duration

• This position is available full or part time during the fall, summer or spring semester
• Schedule is determined prior to start date
• The student is responsible for ensuring this internship meets the criteria of their degree
