Location: Brooklyn, NY (100% on-site)

Salary: 100k-120k

Job Overview

Are you ready to shape the future of the amusement park industry? We're seeking a data-driven IT Manager with a team-first mentality to join our Information Technology Team. This role is critical in ensuring system and network reliability across our amusement parks and food and beverage locations. The IT Manager will lead projects, manage a team, and provide hands-on support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure network and system reliability during park operations Lead and manage IT projects, meeting deadlines Troubleshoot issues during operations, installations, and upgrades Handle network wiring, including ethernet and optical cabling (Cat6, patch panels) Manage L2 and L3 networking, including switches, routers, access points, and firewalls Provide support for PCs, Macs, and servers (hardware and software) Assist with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Microsoft 365 system administration Install and update surveillance systems Support IT needs for operations managers to ensure continuity Offer remote IT assistance to off-site users Manage IT asset inventory and maintenance Lead, develop, and manage the IT team, including scheduling, performance management, and training Stay updated on professional knowledge through training and educational opportunities Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in Windows/Linux systems infrastructure, networking, security, and enterprise applications, plus management experience Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong background in networking (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless) and troubleshooting Advanced experience with power tools, PC/Mac hardware, and software Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Microsoft 365 Certifications such as A+, CCNA, MCSA are preferred but not required Experience with electronics, electrical equipment testing, enterprise monitoring applications, and surveillance system installation POS system knowledge is a plus Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work outdoors in park and food service environments Ability to work at heights up to 20 feet Driver’s license required

Schedule

Monday to Friday, including weekends and holidays
