Working with clients in-person and remotely to solve day to day issues
Performing systems and server installations and setups
What You Should Have
5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator/Technical Support Engineer/IT Technician
2+ years of people management experience
2+ years of experience with an IT Managed Services Provider
Expertise
Microsoft Windows Server 2016 / 2019
Working experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Microsoft Exchange / Office 365
VMware ESX
Mobile Devices
Firewall, Routing and Switching devices
