Information Technology Interns Are Responsible For

  • Assisting with user support requests
  • Assisting with computer, hardware and software setup
  • Assisting with resolving problems with software products and systems
  • Understanding and assisting with software and hardware inventory management
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in school
  • Must be pursuing a degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 3.0 GPA preferred
  • Must have strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proficient with computers and have general knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Networking experience strongly preferred
  • Must be willing to work 20-40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
