Shift Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM
Hybrid role: must be in office 3 days a week (M, W, F in office & T, TH from home); Non-negotiable schedule.
Work full-time in the office for the first month and then shift to a hybrid role.
Skills Looking For
IT Project Manager.
Managing a complete business unit based in California. 4 major programs are going on in this unit and this PM will help to achieve the deliverables of these projects.
Project is related to updating Med device software to the cloud; Cloud migration project and there are several products of which pacemaker software is one.
Must have extraordinary written and verbal communication skills as they will send out a lot of emails and hold meetings onsite and remotely.
Critical thinking skills. This person will analyze the situation and take action independently.
Ideal candidate will have Cloud migration and some IT Infrastructure experience.
IT infrastructure project management exp, cloud exp is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal soft skills to develop relationships and get work done cross-functionally.
IT PM Experience is required in the Waterfall setting.
Azure exp is needed. A Project Manager who has deployed a project through Azure will be highly desirable.
Exp managing projects related to software delivery.
Must be good at using Microsoft tools (excel, PowerPoint, word).
Not looking for a project coordinator exp. It has to be in a manager level and they must be able to solve the problems, make decisions, think through the issues, and get work done.
Some agile projects are fine but the majority of them must be in a waterfall setting.
Technical coding exp is not required. They must be able to understand how the IT project is structured.
Not looking for scrum master experience or program management role.
Product owner or service manager experiences do not count.
Education And Experience
Bachelors required (Computer Science or related).
10 to 15 years of IT Project Manager experience in a waterfall setting (Coordinator experience will not be considered)
Will consider candidates who have 20 years of experience but then their latest 10 to 15 years of exp must be as an IT Project Manager.

Interview Process
30-minute Phone screening followed by 1-hour team interview (technical round) and the camera must be on. If they cannot switch on the camera the manager does not want to interview them.
