As an IT Project Manager Recruiter, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier IT Project Managers for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, create targeted recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.

You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, create targeted recruitment strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber IT Project Managers.
- Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates.
- Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications to ensure they meet the job requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide updates on recruitment progress, and offer guidance on candidate selection.
- Candidate Experience: Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer, ensuring a positive and professional interaction.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Experience: Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with a focus on IT roles and project management positions.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, tools, and industry standards.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
