As an IT Strategic Sourcing Negotiator , you'll create and review contract terms and conditions with contract negotiators and internal customers. You'll be responsible for IT software contracts ranging from $5,000-$5M in annual spend. You'll ensure all negotiated deals are properly managed through contract execution, to included engaging the business, legal, Information Security and various other corporate partners. You'll collaborate with others to drive vendor performance and determine what capabilities and product offerings meet the needs of the business. You'll coach and provide feedback to others in the team.

This is a remote position for US-based work only.

Must-have Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business or IT related discipline (e.g., MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of four years of experience in business, sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of six years related work experience in business, sourcing and/or developing and maintaining vendor relationships may be accepted


Preferred Skills

  • Experience negotiating with large IT Software vendors such as IBM, Oracle, Microsoft and Salesforce
  • Support negotiations and sourcing for larger suppliers
  • Interface with legal, finance, information security, risk and other stakeholder groups to review contracts (including business and legal terms)
  • Contract administrative tasks including entering data into a source-to-pay system, adding new suppliers, and building deal review decks
  • Inventory maintenance support of renewal opportunities; ability to engage with IT stakeholders, procurement governance, and IT finance on contract renewals, contract mergers, and supplier activation


Compensation

  • $79,475-$120,000/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
