Ride a Rocketship! figuratively speaking that is. The core members of our company have been in the Reverse Logistics industry for over 20 years. This gives us a huge advantage in this industry, and it has rapidly propelled us to multiple successes. It’s important to do something you enjoy, and it is just as important to do it with a team that you enjoy working with. That is why so many of the people in our company have worked together for many years.
As a member of our IT team, you will get the satisfaction of being part of the big picture. We work directly with departments to understand their challenges and then develop software solutions for them.
No suits and ties here! We have a casual, comfortable work environment. Everyone is on a first name basis. We know it’s the people that make a company!
So, what is reverse logistics? Forward logistics focuses on the movement of goods from the manufacturer to the customer, reverse logistics focuses on customer returns. Our role in this process is the liquidation of these goods. The customer returns an item to the seller and then the seller sends it to us for liquidation. Have you ever wondered what happens to the items you returned? The pants that were too small or the speakers with the disappointing sound that you sent back?
