About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to join our dynamic team. The IT Support Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring our technology infrastructure supports the company's rapid growth and operational needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support inquiries from employees via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Manage and lead the IT support team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of company data and systems.
  • Oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, peripherals, and networks.
  • Manage IT vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Plan and manage IT budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to IT and data security.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.
  • Troubleshoot complex IT issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and documentation of IT systems, assets, and configurations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience 5 years in IT management, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience leading and developing a team.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and operations, including networks, servers, and cloud technologies.
  • Extensive experience with both Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience with IT security practices and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus.
