Mallory Alexander International Logistics, a global third-party logistics company (3PL) headquartered in Memphis, TN has an immediate opening for a Logistics Professional to join our team!

We are looking for a customer service-oriented Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be considered as the front line, and you will solve a range of technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas. Applicants must have the motivation to learn our business and provide the best customer service in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first contact resolution for all IT-related issues
  • Walk users through problem-solving process according to safe work practices consistent with corporate policy
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to the next level support
  • Follow up to provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
  • Monitor and maintain software and hardware inventory
  • Basic administration of an Office 365 environment: Office 365 Admin portal, One Drive, SharePoint, Entra ID, and PowerShell
  • Basic administration of a hybrid Active Directory environment: user and computer objects, and groups
  • Install and support Windows OS, MS Office, Adobe, TeamViewer, VPN, antivirus, and malware software.
  • Install ERP and WMS software
  • Install and maintain network and local printers
  • Manage and deploy Office@Hand phone system
  • Performs other related duties and special projects as required


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in providing help desk support
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of software (i.e. Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Teams, and Adobe)
  • Previous experience in remote assistant software to support remote users
  • Understanding of basic network routers, switches, wireless controllers, and firewalls
  • Team player with eagerness to learn
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule onsite between the hours of 7am to 7pm to support business need across the country


This position is in-office Monday - Friday.
