How We Serve

This position will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and monitoring computer systems and security infrastructure for Spiras Health and its affiliates as directed and in compliance with defined policies and procedures. Spiras Health is a HITRUST© certified organization and the colleague in this role will be a key component to ongoing system access management, policy compliance, and security. This role will include a mix of responsibilities and offers the ability to interact with colleagues across the organization. The IT Support - Level I reports directly to the Director, Information Technology and Security, and will be responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing execution of the Spiras Health Information Security Program.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject-matter expert installing and supporting Windows 10/11, and widely used software and applications, such as Microsoft, Adobe, Vonage, Apple Business Manager, Salesforce and Smartsheet
  • Maintain essential IT operations and assets, including operating systems, security tools, applications, laptops, software, and hardware
  • Ticket, wipe, sanitize, inventory and prepare for redeployment any and all assets received back from end users including laptops, iPhones, iPads, LoneWorker fobs, etc. per HITRUST requirements
  • Handle business-critical IT tasks and system improvements required for audits as needed
  • Provide timely support for Executive and Senior level teams and all users to guarantee solutions are within defined internal SLAs ensuring high reliability.
  • Conduct assigned functions with technology platforms to support and train new colleagues onboarding including password resets, unlock accounts, troubleshoot access, etc
  • Work with colleagues in the organization for platform-specific support needs
  • Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues especially for retraining
  • Implement applications and software upgrades and troubleshoot any performance issues
  • Train employees in using software and hardware, and provide technical support when needed


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Certifications are preferred, but not required
  • Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications
  • Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions
  • Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems
  • Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to concurrently manage time and effectively prioritize numerous tasks


Required Experience, Education, And Training

  • Experience in health care information technology and operational experience with a focus on improving the quality and safety of healthcare is preferred


Potential candidates will be required to pass a drug screen and background check if selected
