Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist personnel with installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
• Offer daily operations and system support to assigned personnel
• Verify functionality of hardware and software components
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person/remotely via the phone
• Assist employees with computer problems and answer questions
• Diagnose and correct problems with computer hardware and software
• Conduct system backups as required
• Documenting work in trouble ticket and project management software
• Communicating with the end-user and team members
• Perform system troubleshooting
  
  

Requirements:

• CompTIA A+ certifications
• 3 years experience in diagnosing, repairing, and installing computer systems and desktop support through experience with both Windows and Apple products and services
• Knowledge of DNS fundamentals
• Networking fundamentals
• Microsoft Windows Products including:
• Windows Server (2016,2019,2022)
• Windows 10/11 Pro/Enterprise
• Experience with Office 365 products and associated services including
• SharePoint
• Microsoft Exchange
• Microsoft Teams
• OneDrive for Business
• Ability to multi-task, work with a team, and follow procedures
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
  
  

Preferred:

• Familiarity with working with the Department of Defense and its branches
• Additional CompTIA certifications (Security+ and/or Network+).
• Associate degree in Applied Computing/Computer Science (additional experience or training will be considered in place of degree)
• Experience in Microsoft Windows Active Directory and managing User and Computer objects.
• Experience with Microsoft Group Policy and ability to diagnose issues related to applied policies
• Experience with Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot
  
  

Pay: $26.40 - $31.25
