- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve typical hardware, software, OS and networking issues for a wide variety of clients and end-user environments
- Administrate O365 environments
- Email and server migrations, cloud to cloud and physical to cloud
- Set up windows servers, windows server virtualization using HyperV
- Software and security rollouts for 25-50 end users
- Use knowledge of the cloud, servers, backup and recovery, and basic firewall functions to resolve long-term issues
- Use an RMM and ticketing system to solve, track, and document client issues
- Work remotely (80% of the time) as well as on-site with clients (20% of the time) and participate in an on-call rotation
- 3+ years of experience in a help desk or desktop support role REQUIRED
- Technical Certifications in Microsoft and/or CompTIA REQUIRED
- Experience working in O365 and Windows environments, including knowledge of migrations and virtual servers
- People skills, positive mentality, and ability to change tasks rapidly—as a service business, we expect the unexpected to disrupt our plans
- Confidence and commitment to top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy/completion
- Technical aptitude and strong willingness to learn, grow, and pursue certifications and advancement in the IT field
- MSP experience preferred, powershell experience preferred
- Must be within an hour’s drive of Boulder, CO for in-person component of the role
- Reliable independent transportation to office and client locations required (mileage and expense reimbursement provided)
- Comfortability lifting objects up to 50lbs (i.e. computer equipment etc.)
