Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Responsibilities

  • Consult on complex software engineering initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
  • Review and analyze multifaceted, large-scale, or long-term software engineering challenges, evaluating multiple factors.
  • Contribute to resolving complex situations, ensuring adherence to function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
  • Enhance the Operational Risk Platform (ORP) using Angular, Spring Boot, and Java.
  • Work within a scrum team, independently delivering on story work within each sprint.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, team meetings, and product refinement sessions.
  • Perform estimations, requirements breakdowns, and development work to complete assigned stories.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • 2-3 years of Angular experience (version 6 or greater)
  • 2-3 years of Spring Boot experience
  • 2-3 years of Java experience
  • Agile development experience

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • SQL knowledge

Qualifications

  • Fully competent to work independently on complex tasks.
  • Capable of interacting with stakeholders and team members.
  • Not required to mentor junior team members.
