Java Programmer/Analyst III

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must meet or exceed the following minimum qualifications:

  • At least six years of experience developing and implementing large-scale Java J2EE web applications using industry-accepted techniques and best practices.
  • At least five years’ experience investigating and implementing new application development technologies.
  • At least three years of experience in modernizing legacy applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least four years of experience employing industry-accepted practices of researching, discovering, and documenting the requirements of a system as obtained from users, customers, and stakeholders.
  • At least four years’ experience implementing applications using each of the Apache Wicket, Hibernate, Spring, and Bootstrap frameworks.
