Join Our Team As An Experienced Broker
Requirements:
Must have their own book of business (1 Million and up annual revenue/sales)

We are looking for seasoned brokers to become part of our dynamic team. This is an unlimited commission based opportunity.
As a jet broker, your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their specific needs, and matching them with the most suitable aircraft options. You will be responsible for negotiating terms and prices for charter flights, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for our clients.
Your duties will also include staying updated on industry trends, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to provide exceptional service.
We offer attractive incentives with high payouts based on performance and a progressive payout scale. You will receive leads from the company to help expand your business, along with support from a broker-friendly back-office team. Our strong relationships with operators and vendors, along with comprehensive tools, will be at your disposal to ensure your success.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated track record of generating annual revenue/sales book of business
totaling $1 million or more.
Previous experience as a Jet Broker or Charter Jet Broker is essential.
Strong understanding of the aviation industry, including regulations, market
trends, and aircraft specifications.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
with clients and aircraft operators.
Proficiency in using industry-specific software and tools for flight planning,
scheduling, and managing client accounts.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment,
managing multiple client requests and transactions simultaneously.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation,
contracts, and financial transactions.
Can negotiate commission - 10-50% commissions,
Complete Back end staff, inbound leads
Open to worldwide
Remote and 1099
