This position provides administrative, clerical and program support to the Division of Comparative Pathology. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordinating meetings within and outside the Primate Center, answering the phone, maintaining calendar appointments, scheduling travel arrangements, filing, copying, distributing mail, processing reimbursements and ITs, assisting with onboarding of new hires, preparing itineraries and maintaining department files.
