The HASC Center mission is to advocate for, educate and assist individuals with developmental and intellectual challenges to make life choices, exercise independence and develop responsibility. Responsibilities
Plan and implement a job coaching strategy.
Assist adults with developmental disabilities in learning and excelling in their job functions.
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the individual.
Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Adhere to all HASC Center policies as outlined in the Policy and Procedure manual.
Education And Experience
High School Diploma / GED.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
High degree of attention to detail.
Additional Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Upbeat with a motivational attitude
Willing to take initiative
