Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Support Technician to assist in the production of Reagents, conduct investigations on nonconformances, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in molecular biology, biochemistry, or a related field, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct experiments, analyze data, and prepare reports for cross-functional teams.
• Assist in the development and improvement of Reagent manufacturing processes and products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations and participate in audits.
• Perform process and test method validations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Work under pressure to meet project deadlines.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in the industry.
• Familiarity with GMP and GLP activities in a laboratory setting.
