Junior Accountant

LHH is seeking a Junio Accountant that is seeking a hybrid role in San Francisco to join one of our client’s team! Our client is a stable Real Estate firm and the office is based in San Francisco. This challenging role requires 2 years of experience. This position pays a range of $80k to $95k annually, along with other benefits. This role is perfect for someone looking to stay long term. Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and process vendor payments, including checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of accounts payable documentation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Support the finance team with various accounting tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
