Perform book-keeping and maintain all financial records in NetSuite
Prepare 1099 reports for contractors and efficiently handle tax payments and tax journal entries
Formulate general ledger and closing reports by inputting in-depth details of the company’s transactions
Assist with balance sheet analysis, tax calculations, and financial statements, stay updated and manage tax payment schedules
Perform reconciliations and other transactions related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate balances on a regular and timely basis
Communicate with other departments for finalisation of financial transactions and obtain the closing documentation
Coordinate with inter-company entities to ensure inter-company transactions are correctly recorded in the system and are free from any discrepancies
Support the External & Internal Audit process by providing required information
Comply with all internal policies and procedures
Support the Financial Controller by providing ad hoc information and reports when needed
Other ad hoc responsibilities based on business needs
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in accounting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Attention to detail in maintaining documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; NetSuite experience could be considered a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues and other departments
