One of the primary responsibilities of the Junior Accountant is to prepare financial statements and reports, which requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and meticulous attention to detail. By contributing to the preparation of these vital documents, you will help the company gain a comprehensive understanding of its financial condition, enabling us to make informed decisions and achieve long-term success. In addition to financial statement preparation, the Junior Accountant will also be involved in various day-to-day accounting tasks. This includes posting and processing journal entries, updating accounts receivable and payable, performing reconciliations, and assisting with the review of expenses and payroll records. Your role will also involve updating financial data in databases to ensure accurate and readily available information when needed.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
Experience as a junior accountant
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
Organizational skills and close attention to detail
Great attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
