Position Responsibilities
Partnering and liaise with different Group entities to support in their operations
Conducting market research and studying market trends to support projects
Evaluating the practices and market behavior of industry leaders/ competitors
Hosting and coordinating meetings including scheduling, drafting the agenda, driving the meeting to accomplish the agenda and distributing meeting minutes
Preparing communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondences
Writing and editing communications including letters, reports, legal documents
Creating and maintaining filing systems, both electronic and physical
Maintaining accurate record of research along with confidentiality

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience working with cross-functional teams, and presenting to leadership
