Job Description
Perform appropriate studies/packaging/layouts.
Prepare basic hand calculations and flag needs for deeper analysis.
Propose design & program next steps.
Develop design criteria and typical sections.
Qualifications
BE/BSE in mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, or similar.
Materials specifications & stock part selection knowledge.
MS Office (Excel, and PowerPoint) is your daily work companion.
Independent mindset.
Introduction level CAD modeling (SW, Catia, NX, CREO) with willingness to learn.
Good communication skills.
Creativity.
Preferred Qualifications
GD&T knowledge.
CAD expert.
Apply 3D GD&T (PMI) to CAD.
Create 2D drawings.
Automotive seating or interiors experience.
Strong experience designing automotive plastics, foam, and stamped structures.
