As a Junior Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing a variety of administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly for our senior executives. You’ll be an essential part of a collaborative team, contributing to the organization's success while growing in your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Oversee and coordinate an active calendar of appointments.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize detailed travel itineraries and meetings.
- Communication: Draft and prepare confidential correspondence and reports.
- Documentation: Compile and edit documents, including reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Administrative Support: Provide general support such as note-taking, typing, and handling office supplies.
- Project Management: Prioritize and manage conflicting needs, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with calendar management and Zoom.
- Experience: 3+ years in a strong administrative assistant role with experience supporting high-level personnel.
- Attributes: Reliable, independent, and professional with a team-oriented mindset.
