Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic initiatives.
- Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Strategic Planning:
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans by providing financial insights and projections.
- Support the evaluation of new business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Data Management:
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial and operational data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain financial models and databases to support strategic analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all financial reports and analyses.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support strategic projects.
- Communicate financial findings and recommendations effectively to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
- Provide support in ad-hoc financial projects and initiatives as required.
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SQL) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Other Qualifications:
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics is an advantage.
- Certification (e.g., CFA Level 1, CPA) is a plus but not required.
