What We Are Looking For:
Little Spoon is searching for a creative and enthusiastic freelance (potential for temp-to-perm) graphic designer to join our team. Reporting to our Art Director, this role will be responsible for designing a variety of assets for the Lifecycle marketing team.
What You’ll Do:
Design engaging, mobile-first email and SMS campaigns across all product lines for customer and leads segments
Update on-site assets with campaign-specific imagery and copy
Work closely with Lifecycle Marketing Managers to keep creative for automated email journeys up to date
Pull inspiration from larger brand campaigns and creative wrappers to ensure a cohesive brand experience across marketing channels
Meet weekly with Art Director and/or Lifecycle team to go over weekly briefs, priorities and progress
Create on-brand illustrations as needed
You Have:
2-3 years of design experience
Ability to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am-5pm EST (20-25 hours/week to begin)
Proficiency in Figma (expert level), Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) & Google Suite
Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with the team
Ability to multitask and easily switch between projects

Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working and evaluating briefs independently
Flexible and able to pivot creative as needed
Positive, enthusiastic and a strong communicator
Interested in direct-to-consumer business, namely in food and beverage
