Junior Marketing Manager - Creative & Strategic Role

Are you a dynamic, motivated marketing professional with a passion for creativity and strategy? In this role, you will assist in developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at boosting brand visibility and driving growth. You will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and Social Media Manager to coordinate marketing initiatives across various channels, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support partnerships with other brands through social media posts, activations, and joint campaigns.
• Lead the creation and production of printed marketing materials for stores, new product launches, and campaigns.
• Test and launch Google advertising campaigns to drive brand growth.
• Develop and manage digital marketing content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Google, and the company website.
• Increase brand awareness and business growth through digital marketing, events, collaborations, and strategic campaigns.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1-2 years of marketing experience.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and social media management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• A creative mindset with excellent attention to detail in executing marketing strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
