Junior Project Manager

Description

Manages programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of project to finished state. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors the program/project from initiation through delivery interfacing with internal customer or department personnel. Organizes project activities that may require interdepartmental meetings and communication ensuring completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget constraint.

The Key Responsibilities Include

Partner with Program Manager to create project plans with timelines and identify risks & blockers for execution

Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are documented on MySites/Confluence and Jira

Maintain real-time calendar of upcoming project events

Drive end to end logistics support for project events attendance, zoom set up, calendar invites, Onboarding communications in outlook

Partner with Program Manager to ensure regular upkeep of events in LMS

Maintain consistent reporting across multiple projects

Identify inefficiencies and develop processes to address them
