What will you do?
Collaborate with TikTok creators to develop and execute engaging content strategies.
Monitor trends on TikTok to inform content creation and strategy adjustments.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to creators, ensuring the highest quality of content.
Analyse performance data to enhance content effectiveness and creator growth.
Facilitate creative workshops and training sessions for creators.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 1 year of experience working with short-form video creators, specifically on platforms like TikTok.
Strong understanding of social media trends and TikTok content creation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional organisational, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with a keen understanding of the influencer marketing landscape.
