Job Title: Key Account Manager


Location: West Coast, USA


Job Summary:


As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our software and other services by identifying and securing new business opportunities with key customers. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, building strong relationships with customers, and achieving sales quotas. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and persistent professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record in sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Meet prescribed sales quotas and monitor and report on sales performance metrics to senior management.

Develop and execute strategies and plans for targeted key accounts as well as mining and developing other accounts in the North America region.

Establish, build, and manage multi-level relationships with customers and their partner organizations.

Develop and present proposals and negotiate contracts to secure new business.

Identify and engage with potential outsourcing and staffing partners to support project needs.

Have a comprehensive understanding of both the customers’ businesses and their market competitors to ensure that effective strategic proposals are provided.

Manage business opportunity pipelines to ensure tracking the opportunity status and forecasting revenues to produce reports in a timely manner.


Qualifications:


Minimum of 5 years of experience in software service sales or a related field with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

In-depth technical knowledge and experience with Microsoft, AWS, and/or Intel technologies.

Certification or demonstrated expertise in cloud services, software development, and AI solutions from leading technology companies.

Experience in engineering outsourcing and staffing, with a proven ability to manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Demonstrated success in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Strong analytical, self-motivated, and problem-solving capabilities.

A track record of successfully expanding business opportunities and managing key accounts.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Fluent verbal and written professional communication in English.

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, a related field, or technical domain.
