We are looking to hire a compassionate and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant. You will provide an inviting, friendly, and safe environment for all visitors while ensuring all programming is age-appropriate, exciting, and nurtures a healthy way of life. This individual will join a motivating and diverse team that prides itself on building relationships and community.

*Must be CPR certified*

Available Shift(s):

Tuesdays and Thursdays 9a-12:45p

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service at all times
• Provide structured activities and programs for children
• Communicate member complaints and incident reports within 24 hours to management
• Make sure the childcare room and toys/accessories are kept clean at all times
• Adhere to Fitness Formula Core Values at all times
• Punctual attendance for shifts is required

Our Commitment to Hospitality: FFC offers a robust training program mandatory for all employees to attend. The training includes multiple hospitality courses to be completed during your first 90 days. Your manager will go over your role specific training and dates upon hire.
