We are seeking a new Kitchen Manager to join our team. Your role will be to lead all employees to success. Follow recipes to our standards. Keep employees motivated. Hire and keep kitchen staffed motivated.
As a member of the Back of the House, you will work with all employees and report to our Kitchen Manager, General Manager/Owner.
What You Will Do
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within our client company.
Collaborate with Owner/GM to ensure client satisfaction.
Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
Manage multiple areas at varying stages. Also including Front of the house employee.
Ordering groceries and supplies
Interact with cooks, waitstaff, bartenders, and customers.
Work in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment helping to prepare delicious meals.
