Requirements

Interact with our guests in the Market Area and communicating in a positive manner
Become familiar with the Kitchen and market area; with a knowledge of all products and product specifications.
Prepare and handle food while adhering to sanitation practices
Fill and maintain the market area, ensuring that all items are fresh and pans are full.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the Market Area and the kitchen
Be able to execute a recovery strategy and know when to get a manager involved.
As a QB prepares desserts and appetizers with established recipes.
