Labor Relations Counsel

We are partnered with a national client looking to bring on a hybrid Associate or Counsel for their Labor Relations team in Portland. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with varying levels of experience to assume a significant role on all aspects of labor and employment law. 4+ years of experience with labor law is required.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients and handle labor relations issues such as labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, union campaigns, and more
• Advise clients on labor and employment laws and regulations
• Manage contact with clients, government agencies, and opposing counsel
• Willingness to travel to clients located in a different city or state

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in labor and employment law, with a demonstrated interested in labor side
• Experience advising clients on labor laws
• J.D. from an accredited university with excellent academic credentials
• Ability to practice law in state of residence
• Located in the United States
