As a Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. Responsibilities
Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
Lead structured practices
Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
Qualifications
Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred
First aid and CPR certified preferred
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
