Land Development PM - Unlimited PTO - Fully Remote (Optional)

Our Client is looking for a motivated Project Manager for their New York City or Long Island Offices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, your tasks will include:

• Managing your portfolio of clients with entrepreneurial flair, supported by a robust infrastructure
• Cultivating and enhancing your personal brand and our client's reputation within the local market
• Leading your clients' projects direction and scope
• Mentoring, training, and developing your team of Assistant Project Managers and designers
• Encouraging your team to achieve higher levels of success, promoting opportunities for career advancement
• Acting as a true business partner to your clients, meeting their needs and utilizing your team's technical expertise to help them reach their development goals
• Representing your clients during key project phases, including public presentations and hearings

What You Bring to the Table:

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Preferred Professional Engineering (PE) license
• A track record of building, motivating, and leading high-performance site design teams
• Experience nurturing and growing client relationships while delivering top-tier service

Salary: $114,000- $190,000 plus a sign-on bonus. Total compensation will be evaluated based on experience, qualifications, and educational background. This position is eligible for potential annual bonus earnings.
