Job Description

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Answer phones
• Prepare letters and other documents on behalf of the employer/client
• Experience preparing FedEx, UPS, Certified Mail, Express Mail and courier services
• Make photocopies
• Send faxes and scan documents for clients
• File Invoices in the Client folders for all the Attorneys
• Apply postage to all outgoing mail (including certified /express) and log charges
• Pick up and drop off USPS mail
• Any other special projects or duties as assigned or requested by Management
  
  

Computer Skills

• Intermediate computer comprehension
• MS Word - intermediate
• Outlook – intermediate to advanced
• Excel - intermediate
• Internet, including, but not limited to using maps programs &coordinating travel activities
• accurate and fast typing
