Responsibilities and Knowledge:
Ability to work in one of our lawn or landscaping divisions
Exceeding clients expectations on a daily basis
2 years of verifiable landscaping experience
Initially work as a crew member training and learning our protocols (Advancement opportunities are available)
Requirements: * Minimum 2years of experience in landscape maintenance or install/hardscaping is preferred
Equipment Experience is a must
Strong and effective communication skills
Time management skills
Chemical Applicator License preferred, but not required
Valid Indiana Driver’s License
Full-Time: Average of 50/hrs per week
Compensation and Benefits:
Full time ($45,000-$65,000/yr to start)
