Description: Job Title: Lead Business Systems Analyst
Location: 100% remote
12+ months contract
Responsibilities
Ensure appropriate configuration of Alation software to meet business requirements
Partner with vendor team to maintain system performance/functionality and ensure software updates and upgrades are completed
Collaborate with data community (e.g., data trustees, data stewards and data custodians) to collect and document critical information about data assets
Utilize data governance software to maintain a data system inventory, data catalog, business glossary and data lineage
Utilize data privacy software to discover, create and maintain data maps/data flow diagrams
Maintain currency and accuracy of data records, inclusive of annual refresh/attestation activities
Ensure internal controls are in place to comply with data governance policies and standards
Ensure that controls are in place to deliver data that is fit for purpose
